Terms of Service for CryptoIQ Sentinel
These Terms of Service govern access to CryptoIQ Sentinel, including read-only Watch surfaces, simulated Paper accounts, public decision receipts, and optional backend-gated Live execution.
Educational and software tools, not investment advice
CryptoIQ provides software for market observation, simulated Paper practice, decision receipt inspection, and user-authorized execution routing. Nothing on CryptoIQ Sentinel constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no commentary from Jeff or any journal note is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.
Trading digital assets and derivatives carries a high degree of risk and may result in the partial or total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk parameters, venue selection, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Modes of operation and simulated balances
Every account can access public Watch mode and a personal 10,000 USD simulated Paper balance. Simulated Paper balances have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and reflect hypothetical execution that may differ from live market fills due to liquidity, slippage, funding, and exchange rules.
Live execution is disabled by default and requires an eligible paid subscription, trading-scoped exchange credentials without withdrawal permissions, backend readiness certification, and explicit user approval.
Subscriptions, cancellations, and 14-day first-payment refunds
Paid plans (Starter, Pro, and Expert) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of their initial payment, subject to the refund policy published on the pricing page.
By continuing to use CryptoIQ Sentinel, you agree to maintain the security of your account credentials, use only trading-scoped API keys where supported, and abide by all applicable exchange rules and platform safety limits.
Operating modes and verification path
Every surface on CryptoIQ Sentinel separates read-only Watch observation, 10,000 USD simulated Paper practice with no cash value, historical Replay analysis, Shadow observation, and backend-certified Live venue execution. Operators can review public decision receipts, verify trading-scoped API key custody boundaries, and inspect gate refusal reasons before considering any live order path.
